The Doll house

This home was in need of updating. It had old siding, no overhangs, a minimal porch and not enough light coming in. We added overhangs, new roof, built a front porch with a barrel vault entry, installed a round top door, added windows, new siding and paint, new kitchen and bath and general reconditioning throughout the home.

Hayden Lake addition and renovation

The original lake cabin suffered from several problems including a step between the kitchen and living room, a large fireplace in the center of the living room that blocked the beautiful lake and mountain views, and the living space was not large enough. We removed the fireplace, added a 12 foot wide two story addition, rebuilt the majority of the upper floor walls to open up the view with large windows, set a new roof providing a vaulted ceiling, added several decks, covered eating porch, new kitchen, baths, new siding and complete landscaping.

Foster Full Remodel

This great project was a complete renovation. Turned the attic into a full master bath with new stairwell. Full kitchen & bath remodel on main floors. New garage and excavation. Great example of taking a small house and making it amazingly beautiful and livable.
The Foster neighbor hood is one of Coeurd ‘ Alene’s finest and this remodeled added to its charm.

Downtown retirement home

The owners wanted to remodel their older home they had bought and after much discussion, we decided to add on a two story addition, remove the main floor walls and roof and go from there. The house has a lot of natural wood features and is reminiscent of the homes built in the area in the 20’s and 30’s.
